This
exceptional abstract carpet was designed by Terence Prentis.
Very little of his work survives. This appears to be his
most important and successful carpet, and bears the initials
'TP.' The carpet was not produced at the Royal Wilton
Factory, as was the work of Marion Dorn and McKnight
Kauffer, but probably by the 'Edinburgh Weavers'.
